I’ve been a patient at Oak Lodge Dental practice for over 35 years and have recently transitioned to seeing Dr Tercan which has been smooth and seamless. My experience has been the right balance between professional and friendly. She’s the first dentist to see my toddler and she put him at ease, giving him time and being patient for the best possible experience.

So, I don’t like going to the dentist, ever. I moved into Liphook and needed a new dentist but I didn’t realise how important it would be to me. Because of the way I’m cared for there, I now have regular hygienist appointments and great looking teeth. Dr. Sound has improved my smile by fixing my very crooked teeth in a sympathetic way. I wish I had found him before and am recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who works there, the immaculate cleaners, the friendly receptionists, the well trained hygienists and the wonderful dentists and nurses.

I had a great experience at Oak Lodge Dental. The staff were friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Simon was efficient and helpful from start to finish and left everything absolutely spotless. Would 100% recommend him.

Absolutely top class service. Got back to me quickly. Fixed my leak in my airing cupboard and serviced my boiler the next day and replaced a pump that the previous engineer put on upside down!!! Friendly and very reasonable price too. No hesitation in recommending Simon.

Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Highly reccomend.

Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.

Hampshire Electrical responded really quickly after our lighting failed. Barry and apprentice Liam came and sorted this quickly. Barry also noticed our wall lighting was not working, and which hadn’t been working for years, at no extra cost Barry sorted this out for us. Both had no hesitation to take their shoes off as we’d had a new carpet fitted. Liam was very polite and a credit to the company. Thank you both.

Never a problem with my Dentist Dr Will Shaw, I always receive such good treatment. He puts me at ease. I've been going to Ancells Farm Dentist now for many years. Chloe on reception is very nice. I never worry about attending my 6-monthly appointments. I met Will's colleague Michael a few days ago who seems lovely. I am happy to think that if Will wasn't there I could see Michael. Such a great dentist! I can honestly say I’ve never had such a thorough check up as I’ve had with Jay he really does love his job it’s clear to see! Also the hygienist is amazing and also had a consultation with Will Shaw today about veneers and he’s super knowledgeable and I feel like he really took on board and understood exactly what I’m looking to achieve with my teeth. Would recommend to anyone!

A very relaxed check up appointment with Will. He is very easy going and creates a comfortable atmosphere in the surgery. The receptionist and Dental Nurse were also very friendly. 10 January 2025 A hygienist appointment with Nicole today. She is always so welcoming and friendly. She was very thorough and gentle as always with her treatment. Thank you Nicole. I always receive a lovely welcome from the reception team as well.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

Used J A Electrical Services (Aldershot) for an emergency callout on a Sunday where any appliance was tripping the electrics. I had an engineer attend my house within an hour. The engineer was professional, courteous and a speedy worker and I was really pleased they found the fault and had the parts to hand to fix it. I was really happy with the price. What an amazing dental surgery. Lovely environment inside the building. Staff are really caring. Highly recommend if you have a child that's nervous about dental check ups. We've used two other dental practices in Sandhurst previously, this is head and shoulders above those.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.
