Went here earlier today for eggs Benedict and latte. The eggs Benedict was delicious and so was the coffee. I have walked past this place many times but decided to give it a try, and it was great and I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

Vanillas Coffee is one of my favourite places for breakfast/brunch. It’s a lovely family run restaurant serving up incredible food packed full of flavour. The service is great and you feel extremely welcome. Couldn’t recommend this place more. A unique and wholesome restaurant.

Amazing spot for authentic Indian eats including dhokla, poha & dosa. Broad vegetarian and vegan selection all well labelled. Everything is cooked from scratch so can take time but worth the wait! Had the pav bhaji & masala fries and will be back soon to try the rest of the vegan options

What a hidden gem!! I visited the cafe with my mum for brunch and we were both really impressed. The place has a real family vibe to it with a super relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble. We both enjoyed a mug of freshly brewed masala chai which was delicious and authentic tasting. We ate the Omlette and a Masala Dosa and both were incredible! The flavours were delightful and fresh. We both know already what we’re going to choose next time from the menu and look forward to returning. Thank you!

I had a tripping problem in my house. 2 electricians messed up my whole day and couldn't find the problem. Luckily i found Navins Engineering. Nandana is a welled experience electrician and he found the fault with in few minutes. Very organised and reasonable. I really recommend him.

Navins engineering provided electrical safety and upgrade works to my Victorian house in Lewisham including replacement of the electrical mains fuse box / consumer unit together with provision of a new EICR Certificate for all new works to comply with latest current Electrical Regulations. I need to write about how happy I am with the service from Lewisham EV Charger Installation Services. I am a Realtor and was in desperate need of an electrician after another local company failed to show up for our appointment. I spoke with Ben and he was able to set our appointment for the very next day. My technician was Bogdan. He notified me of his arrival time in advance, arrived early and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions before beginning. His work was comprehensive, thorough and efficient. Once found, he walked me through the issue and explained the best option to prevent it from happening again.I am overly satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I’ve lived in Locally for the past five and Zest opening has truly been one of the loveliest little blessings in Lewisham . The staff are nothing short of incredible—kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Their service is unmatched. They take pride in their work and it’s something I notice and deeply appreciate. Whether it’s been quick stops between work, coffee catch-ups, or celebrating my birthday, Zest has always made every moment special. It’s the little things that really make a dining or coffee experience , and they have so much attention to detail - I’m a big fan of the Turkish Delights! Its so sad that they’ve had to reduce their hours especially because their food and impeccable service are the best in the area. Their quality is unparalleled, and they deserve all the success in the world. The best in Lewisham, made me question why I waited so long to come here. I had the avocado on toast, and the presentation, the portion size, the perfect cooking of the ingredients, and the overall flavor harmony were all fantastic. I would highly recommend. The menu has a pleasantly varied selection. It's important to support good quality independent retail, and it is both convenient and important to have a decent places to stop and relax which are close to a transport hub (Lewisham). The cafe' is clean, with outside seating, providing a v good space to have a break, meet a friend, have a meeting, catch up with some work.... The staff are friendly and the service responsive. I would suggest people go and support this space as Lewisham Centre cannot afford to lose such an establishment.

While grabbing coffee at Oscar in Ladywell, I discovered they’ve opened a new restaurant, and it’s a real gem. I highly recommend the ❤️Steak—perfectly tender and flavorful ❤️Goat cheese snack is rich and delicious ❤️Bloody Mary is spot on. We ordered the items from the Saturday lunch menu this time, but I’m eager to return and explore the full à la carte options. Definitely worth a visit!

I almost never write a review, but our experience at Wilson’s was really outstanding, especially compared to the average in London. Food was delicious; our favourites: goat cheese’s profiteroles, Mackarel paté and ham, pickles and mustard. What really stood out for me was the service. Suggesting the bread we ordered to come with the more meaty plates, splitting the dessert wine glass into two and even just checking on us after every meal, this is not something you take for granted in London lately. Amazing addition to Ladywell and the London SE scene - we will be back!

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We went on a very busy Saturday before Christmas, but despite that everything was perfect. First up, the food. Some of the most delicious food I have eaten. The starters were small but perfectly formed, delicious bites that both of us said were a party in the mouth. The main courses were then so delicious, with even the potatoes on the side so delicious. I skipped desert as so full, but my companion really enjoyed the tiramisu. In terms of atmosphere, the venue is so wonderfully decorated with classy interior which is cozy and makes the venue feel very intimate. The staff are also delightful and wonderful, making time to ensure they still had a chat with us and ensuring a good wine selection. Will definitely be back, but make sure to book (at least at the weekend)

My husband and I popped in today after hearing good things and wow this is a really great addition to Lewisham! The service is outstanding (you really don’t get service like that anywhere else!) and the food is innovative and delicious. We went for lunch and the menu, albeit limited, was fantastic. The profiteroles were incredible. I am very keen to come back for dinner to try out more dishes.

If you can't afford to go on holiday to Italy this year do the next best thing and come here for lunch instead. Home cooked in a very Tratoria style and in an atmosphere redolent of Naples or Rome. Start with a mini Campari and Soda from the fridge (an excellent choice of Italian drinks) or a mini tetra of red wine. We had the Pasta alla Pollo and Melanzania Parmigiana. Both richly flavoured and cooked well. My partner had never had Canolo, so this was had along with really good coffee. All enjoyed in an enclave of Italian voices and culture. We both came out from this place feeling like we'd been abroad, quite a feat in Lewisham.

We had an amazing breakfast: an Italian twist on the classic English breakfast, and it was packed with flavour and freshness. It also has the adjunt Italian deli shop where we enjoyed some shopping after our breakfast. The staff is very friendly and has good service.

Very lovely little cafe serving good food for reasonable price. The Italian breakfast is really nice, definitely recommend. At first I was sceptical but the sausages and potatoes are very yum. The sandwich we had arrived burnt as the chef (one lady, the wife of the guy running the shop next door I believe) was very busy and didn’t notice. As soon as we mentioned it it was replaced no issues and was very nice. My mum has been here several times for breakfast and lunch and says that the entire menu is very nice. I would like to try their pasta. The only thing is the coffee could honestly be better considering it’s an Italian place. Really good though and I like the shop next door.

Excellent electrician undertook various jobs at our home, no job too small approach and clear appraisal of work required and charging rates. Good communication and most importantly great work cleanly carried out using sensibility priced fittings from reputable retailer in West Wickham. Overall cost very reasonable too.

We used Peter's services twice after entering into proceedings to purchase our first home - once to do an electrical installation condition report (EICR) prior to purchase, and after purchase to fix the issues he had flagged. Throughout our email correspondence Peter was always very professional and helpful, and we were able to schedule the work at very short notice, which was great! Prices were reasonable as well. For the 2nd part of the work my partner actually met Peter in person, and she told me he was a delight, very friendly with a great sense of humour and absolutely knew what he was doing. We know that if we have any electrical issues again that we'd go straight back to him. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a skilled electrician!

Peter is extremely deserving of his five star rating. He has just fixed a long standing problem with my sitting room lights and with the dark winter nights approaching, I could not be happier. He is friendly, professional and very mindful of costs. We look forward to having him back soon to fix a few other bits and pieces around the house. Definitely recommend.
