Phil did an incredible job of transforming our driveway with a much needed full fence & double gate replacement -- all for a very reasonable price! He went above and beyond to ensure that our small dog couldn't escape as well as building a bespoke gate to match the fence design Edit: to add to that, the following year, he replaced our decked stairs and the fence in our backyard -- we couldn't be happier with the work done!!

I was looking for a handyman to put up some mirrors and wall art. Simon was prompt in answering and also fixed a date and time. Despite severe weather conditions, he did make it on the agreed day and time. His work was neat and professional. His price was more than reasonable. From my experience with Simon, he is an amazing handyman who is extremely committed, competent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and looking forward to use his services in future.

Simon did a fantastic job dismantling and reassembling a sizable Ikea wardrobe. He was helpful, respectful, and courteous throughout. All his tools/ boxes/ cases were exceptionally clean and the indoor shoes a nice touch. He also assembled a very large bunk bed, something way beyond the average person’s capability. Highly recommended.

The Tameside Handyman has done a few jobs for us: replacing sockets and light switches, replacing the element of an oven and installing an outside light. John was easy to communicate with. He came when he said he would. Everything was very clear and as quoted. Everything was done to a very high standard. When some of the jobs were a bit more complicated than initially thought, John was able to advise on solutions and still get the job done. Mike was incredibly professional from start to finish. He put up a bathroom cabinet, a couple of mirrors (one very heavy) and made my door shut again. He also advised me on another issue kindly. I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

Steve did an excellent job completing a range of repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. He also fitted two doors, built a gate and repaired brickwork in the garden. He took real pride in his work and suggested what should be long lasting solutions. It is fantastic to have long list of jobs complete! He was able to come out quickly to give a quote and started work a few days later. The price he charged was fair and good value for money.

From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. We hired Gary to to carry out a number of jobs over the course of a week including plastering, paving, re cementing a path, boarding and plastering a ceiling and various repairs to fixtures and fittings. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the price was very reasonable. We also felt comfortable letting Gary have a key to enable him to carry out his work when we were out. We will always use Wilby's Handyman Service from now on and would recommend him to anyone who needs some property repairs or decorating doing.
