Paul & Matty installed my new boiler after a terrible experience with a previous company. The advice & help they gave me was second to none especially with having a disabled partner.
They arrived when they said they would, they completed the job in the timescale they said & their cleanliness was second to none.

Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours.

Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required.

I was literally having a nightmare with my plumber, asking for money up front, then not turning up and then when he did only doing a few hours. It was stressing me out. The job had gone on far too long and our relationship was getting tested. I decided to terminate his contract. I knew trying to get another plumber to complete someone else’s work was going to be difficult.
