Another five star vote for Christian. When my gas boiler failed during a cold snap I tried calling several firms that claimed to offer a 24-7 emergency service. I'm still waiting for most of them to call me back as they just went to voicemail , though one did answer but couldn't take a look for more than a week. When I found Christian''s number he answered the phone immediately and came round to take a look just a few hours later. A major component had failed but he was able to source it and he replaced it the next morning. He then gave the boiler a full service and balanced a couple of radiators that weren't heating properly. Very reasonable price and extremely helpful, he comes highly recommended.
We have just bought our home and the sellers has left us with a broken boiler. We rang Christian and he was able to help, the same day he came out and checked our boiler and gave us really good advise. Just few days after that he was able to fit us a new top of the line Greenstar Worcester Bosch boiler and fix issues regarding our taps.
I would 100% recommend City Heating and Christian as he helped us so much. If we ever have any further plumbing or heating issues we know City Heating will be our go to company.
Christian responded quickly to my requests and provided good advice. He installed a replacement gas boiler at the price he quoted and in a quicker than expected lead-time. He turned up when he said he would and the job was done on time. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Christian from City Heating UK Services Ltd Solihull. I have had 2 other companies try to fault find the issue with my boiler with no luck.
Christian took a logical and methodical approach to identify the fault and promised to get the parts and install them on the same day which he did at 7pm on a Friday evening.
I now have a warm house and a heating engineer that I can trust and will use again.
Pleasure having Christian and his team install a new boiler system. Christian is quick to respond and get to work. All work was done to a professional standard, at a good price and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
