Okay where do I even start, we were looking for builders for ages, and we must of seen maybe 5-6 different companies, when Armand came, he understood everything, he knew exactly what we needed, his teams are so professional, they are really nice people too, always smiling, always happy to assist, Armand gave us a timeline and guess what, he actually finished it on time, and to be quite honest, before the time too! Armand is so professional, so friendly, so easy going, he stuck to our budget, he was more than on time, he was amazing, what more do you want from a builder, he’s easy going, he’s honest, there are just too many great things about this company, they have the expertise, they know what they are doing, honestly call him and don’t bother with anyone else! Also he’s got a big team, he manages the project perfectly and knows when to get the right people in, 10/10 from these guys, if there was an option to rate them higher I would, thank you so much! Dial A Builder have just completed a full remodel and reconstruction of our open plan kitchen and utility complex. The process from the first day we contacted Armand until completion has been incredibly smooth and satisfying, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We are grateful and excited to have found a reputable, respectable and trustworthy builder to partner with again in the future. Our project was completed on time (give or take a couple of weeks for final touch ups) and on budget. Dial A Builder are fully committed and extremely hard working. Armand is an excellent manager, he aligns his team extremely well, he has a true passion for his business. It is very clear his team and sub-contractors hold him in high regard, their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction We lived in the property during the build, the entire project was clean, they took great care of our home. The team quickly became more than a construction partner; they became trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart . During the build we made some changes, our ideas were carefully considered, honest expert advice was given. Our weekly catch up meetings were well organised and efficient. Follow up actions were completed and reported back. If needed, workmen even came by on weekends and after hours in order to stick to their timescales. We are struggling to say anything negative about them. We have no hesitation in recommending Dial A Builder.

Bal created a neat cabinet door for our downstairs toilet. He was very responsive aftee we contacted him and attended within a matter of days. His work was of a high standard and well priced. Would highly recommend.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Bal did an amazing job fitting a new kitchen ceiling plus side panels/window sill tops in our lounge. Bal's a very likeable young man and carried out a complicated job with ease. I totally recommend him.

Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. I have been using APM services for jobs at home, all were carried out professionally and efficiently. Recently there were a lot of plumbing issues at another place, and I called in APM; they diagnosed, fixed and repaired all the taps and sorted the hot water issues. We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . They are a very good company to deal with from measuring to the very end of the project The guys are all very polite and happy to go that extra mile for the customer . We also have pets which they are very considerate towards also . Overall a very hard working group of caring people . Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. They were also punctual, friendly, and left everything tidy, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend TA Smith Builders for their excellent service. Very happy with the work!

Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Ivan remodeled my bathroom for me. He patiently completed all the procedures and the results are satisfactory. He waterproofed every part of the bathroom to make sure there were no leaks and all the fixtures were installed perfectly. Now I can happily bathe, thanks a lot to him. Balkan Property Maintenance invest their time clarifying the work to be done before they start. Ivan is easy to approach and always aims to meet the expectations of the customer. The team can only proceed with the work when you have approved the materials and costs. Advise is provided through out the work. I decided to change the private tenants' maintenance property to an HMO in the middle of the job and it was agreed and was offered the right advice hence the inspection went through with no further actions required. You can negotiate when to make payments which is really good especially when you are doing major work. All work is completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Definitely I will use them again.
