Used the engineer team early April after a restaurant relocation. There was no gas in the unit and they were very accommodating and getting our kitchen operations back on track. Best service I've received from any callout I've had previously. Came home Wednesday evening to find my boiler leaking from the bottom, quick google search I managed to find these local guys. They came out within the hour and identified the issue within 15 mins, made my boiler safe and ensured no further issues would happen. They said they would order the part required on Thursday morning. They sent me a price for the part and installation on Thursday and were here on Friday afternoon fitting it. VERY competitive pricing and will highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their boilers. Communication through out the process was top notch.

Called Bearwood Gas Services as our fire had broken. I called during a weekend and they arranged to come out on the following Monday. They arrived exactly at the time that was arranged and were polite, professional and very efficient. The problem was found and solved very quickly, and at a very good price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when needed.
