Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. They were happy to take on board and design choices that we specified as well as give advice where we were unsure. Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
