Fantastic service. Had a leak from around a Velux window that was fitting around 7 years ago. Had more then 4 other companies come to looks before we found Little Mill and no one could fix or give a real diagnosis of the issue. Within 10 mins of Chris coming round he knew exactly what the issue was. All sorted quickly in one day. The week after a real onslaught of rain to put the job to the test. No leaks at all. Thank you Chris and Felicity. Great service and very fair price. Can’t recommend enough.

Chris recently came to install two replacement velux windows in our bathroom. He is a real rare gem. He covered all of the flooring spaces where he would be walking/working and despite having to remove roof tiles and the old windows, he left everything spotless. I was worried that as it involved the roof, I was going to be told the usual of ‘really sorry but I found this was rotten and needs replacing so it will cost….’ but this wasn’t the case, in fact, he was very quick to point out the roof was in fair condition. I was working in the room next door and he was really respectful of this checking it was ok to make a noise, and did such an impressive job. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris and the team recently replaced a Velux window and I could not be happier with the service. Chris completed the work quickly, efficiently and to a superb standard. He put us at ease straight away and I would not hesitate to use Little Mill again.

From the initial contact to even after the Velux windows had been fitted, the service has been impeccable. Always a quick and helpful response to emails, simple explanations to questions. Felicity and Chris went above and beyond the usual expectations you would find using a 5* company. Chris was efficient, punctual and exceptionally clean and tidy and the finished results are brilliant. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

We cannot sing Little Mill's praises enough after they came to the rescue when another builder let us down. Felicity replied immediately (despite it being the Xmas break) and juggled their diary around to fit us in quickly. Chris installed 2 new Velux, replaced an existing one and built a stud wall in our loft. We cannot fault the work but what really set him apart from the many other tradesmen we dealt with was his attention to detail and great communication throughout - each day he'd let us know what he'd be up to and consulted with us about decisions big and small which was very much appreciated. A genuinely nice guy, plus he was super tidy and always considerate of our toddlers nap time! Would highly recommend.
