Paul came out at short notice, on a Sunday, as it was getting dark & cold to trace a main RCD fault to a badly wired socket. Explained everything really clearly and fixed the problem. Very polite and professional - would recommend.

I had no power in half of my house at night time. Paul came within 20 mins. Found why the RCD kept tripping and found the problem. Paul was very methodical in his approach to finding the fault and was explaining what he was testing every step of the way. The fault was found and resolved. Really happy as I had kids in the house. Paul responded within 20 minutes to attend a recurring RCD trip fault. Following a few test Paul identified the cause and restored the circuit. Paul is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend.
