I booked Steve because he came highly recommended by a friend of mine. He serviced my boiler and was polite, very professional, efficient and took care while being in my home - removed his shoes, cleared up after himself and played with my dog! His charges were extremely reasonable too. He’s now my go-to gas engineer - 5 stars from me!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Steve at High Heat; he was helpful from the first phone call, advised on all the options for our replacement boiler, and moved things around to fit us in before Christmas. We had an emergency leak problem this evening and found Stephen's contact via a local group where he was highly recommended. Stephen came promptly even though it was late and he fixed the issue. He is very professional, polite, friendly and explained and showed us what had caused the problem and replaced the broken part. Stephen is very efficient and we are grateful he came out of work hours, at short notice to help us out. We are really pleased with the excellent service and highly recommend Stephen.
