Ross is an excellent plumber and heating engineer who I've been using and recommending for the last 7 years. He has solved a range of problems with the boiler, radiators and shower that I inherited when I moved in, always working to find and resolve the issue. He installed a new boiler for me and has kept it working like new 5 years on through regular servicing, and replaced multiple radiators and shower parts over the years. He is polite, explains what he is doing and the costs, never pressures you into a decision and always does impeccable work.

Ross came out urgently to deal with a large ceiling water leak/boiler issue and quickly noticed the problem which he resolved straight away. Such professional and efficient service. We were pleased with how easily Ross rectified the issue and have had no problems since. He has since been back to fit new taps for us which he recommended and fitted.
