Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

John has managed all of our building projects from start to finish since he was first recommended to us in 2010. These include a ground floor extension to create a kitchen diner in a property in a conservation area, an attic conversion/extension with en suite and finally, the conversion of an outhouse into a home office. He and his team are great to work with, always delivering projects to the highest standards, whilst keeping to budgets and timescales and accommodating those requests that really personalise a space, for example, most recently sourcing an antique door with reeded glass and also an antique porcelain door knob for my home office. Importantly, John is incredibly accessible and happy to talk through and deal with any issues as they crop up. Having John as the main point of contact, with him taking on the responsibility of coordinating the team of professionals and the work that needs to be done to deliver the project, is a great help.

Steve made a great job of fitting our bathroom cabinet at a very reasonable price for such a good job. We had a problem getting a fitter as it was such a small job. Prompt response when booking, clearly understood the task, plumber came on time with right tools, professionally done the job. Clearly knew the property water connections no issues rised. Very satisfied. The quote was little higher but because task was quickly addressed so its fine.

There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.
