I’ve been using I-M Plumbing for over two years now, they’re extremely professional and fixed every issue we had with our properties. I’ve been dealing with properties for the past 6 years and when I found them it made my life much easier because I know the job will be done professionally and the tenants will be happy unlike other companies that I’ve used that the problem would come back few days after it’s been fixed. Would definitely recommend this company. 10/10

Had a flooding emergency at almost midnight on Sunday, and they were the most helpful! Friendly service, arrived fast, and gave me advice on what to do before they arrived. It was clear my safety was clearly the priority, and they were able to fix the issue until more could be done in the morning. Truthfully fantastic customer service, great communication, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. Would recommend to anyone!

Had an issue with the boiler back in December, was late at night, about 1 am sunday morning, freezing cold... and after calling many plumbers came across this one. Arived fast, fixed the boiler and were able to heat the house again. Recently, while paying house deposit by mistake transferred pile of money to him(yes mistakes happens when you have a two year old running around you🙈) Found the number again, phoned the guy and he immediately transferred the money back. These days you don't find many honest people, and im glad that the mistake I made was with this person. If you ever need a plumber, dont hesitate and call this guy!

I live in a ground floor flat and woke up to a bathroom and sink full of sewage. Every time my neighbour used their facilities I was up to my arms in filthy water. After waiting for Thames Water for eight hours they poked around outside for a few minutes and then told me I had to call a private plumber. As a private renter, and a disabled person being told on a Sunday night that I may spend more days unable to eat drink or unable to use the bathroom or have to move into temporary accommodation I went online and looked for an emergency plumber. Within an hour I had Russell and Jarrick (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at my doorstep. 45 minutes after that they’d fixed my problem and I could finally sit down. Well, not really, I still have to clean. But I’m taking a break from that at 9pm on a Sunday evening to tell you that these guys are bloody amazing. Thoughtful, explained everything, took me seriously and fixed the problem. Even offered to mop up the dirt they’d left behind but I declined as I had a whole house to clean anyway! Thanks again. Hope to never meet you again as it won’t be in good circumstances, but if I have a disaster like this again I know who to call! :)

I-m plumbing and Imrans team is incredible. I cannot rate them enough. I initially called them about an emergency leak at home and since used them numerous times and work and again at home. They are fast, reliable l, honest, very well priced, knowledgeable and just all round good people. Will always recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work. Assets to the trade!
