Paul responded within 20 minutes to attend a recurring RCD trip fault. Following a few test Paul identified the cause and restored the circuit. Paul is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend.
I had no power in half of my house at night time. Paul came within 20 mins. Found why the RCD kept tripping and found the problem. Paul was very methodical in his approach to finding the fault and was explaining what he was testing every step of the way. The fault was found and resolved. Really happy as I had kids in the house. Paul was super quick to respond to a faulty plug socket that was burning and smoking. He came out quickly on a Sunday night, and he was with us within 30 minutes of calling. Excellent service, would highly recommend
