Had Barry back again to do some small jobs for me. First job he Fitted new kitchen tap. Arrive spot on time, was an is extremely professional he always looks very smart, not only that he's great value. Can’t fault his workmanship. 2nd job. Barry went around the bungalow with his thermal camera to find some cold spot. A few issues raised straight away. And after a couple of new rolls of insulation, an hour in the loft all sorted. Converted part of our garage in to an office. Replaced cracked bricks in a wall. Rejigged our utility room. Excellent jobs done. Great worker, very trustworthy. Left a door key with Alex as would have to keep popping out. Highly recommended, price was always as quoted. We will be having him back in the new year.

We had extensive renovations and alterations done for us by Ash Builders, including a garage conversion to a kitchen, a new bathroom upstairs, shower room downstairs, and remodelling of the bedrooms upstairs. This was done more or less as planned, to budget, and Steve Willis and his team were very helpful, keeping us informed at all times, as well as very competent. They went the extra mile accommodating new things as we thought of them, with good humour. We recommend them and would use them again any time.

These guys were amazing: we gave them a very challenging reconfiguration and renovation of a 18thC listed Barn conversion which ran for 11 months. The standard of craftsmanship was off the scale, and has been widely admired. We produced a book on it, they were so good. Their pricing, ethics, site cleanliness, manners and timing were flawless. Pricing was realistic and competitive. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. And I checked out their previous big contracts and the owners were very happy too. If in doubt or sceptical you can inspect ours. The one star review below is so far from our experience as to be laughable.
