Tom is brilliant! After I posted the ad on checkatrade (to remove 2 old storage heaters and install new ones in my Let flat) he contacted me so quickly and offered to come to the flat have a look. He told me everything I need to know, very patient and professional.
He even helped me to collect the heaters from the store (as delivery will be delay) and replaced it perfectly in such a short notice. Which really helpful in such cold weather.
After that, he called me and let me know everything is fine. His price is very reasonable. He is very polite, professional and I already told him I will ask him for help whenever my Let flat has problem.

I found Tom via Checkatrade. He responded quickly and was there within the hour. He diagnosed the problem with our boiler and fixed our washing machine within a couple of hours. He returned a few days later with the part needed and we now have hot water. Thank you Tom! Highly recommend.
