Contacted Justin about a leak we were having through our ventilation fan in the bathroom. Stripped back the tiles and fixed the issue which was an unsupported vent. Excellent communication, including informing us when the scaffolding was coming and when he would be there. Offered very good advice, listened to what we had to say, explained everything well and replied promptly to emails.

We recently used Justin to do some remedial roof repairs for us, which he did to a very good standard. He communicated promptly, came round to review the issue within days of us telling him about it and completed the repairs very shortly after that. We would highly recommend his pleasant professional manner and standard of workmanship.
