Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.
