Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Our roof was damaged in a storm and as soon as I contacted Michael he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The communication was absolutely brilliant and professional. I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Couldn't recommend Michael enough! Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Even gave me a free survey /quote which I found most other local roofers wouldn't do - I appreciated all his help and will definitely use him again in the future - thanks Michael!
