We had an Ideal Logic 2 Combi boiler fitted on 29/06/23 with Fixx. Craig the Engineer arrived bright and early after a call to say he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very efficient and finished by mid afternoon before running through all the wireless thermostat details before leaving. Found the company extremely helpful with any questions I asked, great company to do business with and would recommend highly.

Engineer today attended 2 of my properties. He did service on my landlord property. My tenant wasn't there but he patiently waited 15 minutes for tenant to be there and then completed the service. Same engineer then came to our house on same day and fixed a fault with hot water and heating. Now we have our hot water and heating working again. Brilliant engineer, thanks for getting our home warm again.

Just had Ryan from Fixx Ltd to sort an electrical issue at my mum’s house. What a great guy - so pleasant and helpful. Pay for the boiler cover insurance with Fixx. They've been back a couple times as the source of my boiler issue is a bit of a mystery. However, they've managed to fix it with a new part and have had no qualms about returning to fix the issue despite this probably leaving them out of pocket. Tim in particular is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend highly.

Had a recent visit from Andy at Fixx for a boiler leak. Was arranged through my insurer. Andy conducted himself professionally and and was very helpful. He got to the bottom of the issue and explained to me what it is. After repairing this he ran a test to ensure all is working smooth before leaving. Very grateful to Andy. Thanks again
