A very efficient, helpful and hard working person who put a three panelled trellis fence up for us and a wonderful wooden washing line because ours had broken. He sourced the materials and informed us of the options giving prices so we could select what we wanted before he came. He brought the materials with him and the work was so good that several of my friends have now asked for his contact details. He is good at tiling too as replaced a large cracked one of mine in the bathroom and it looks great. Very good value for money and no job is too small for him

Had the pleasure of using Jon Parker Property Maintenance. Found Jon to be punctual,polite,trustworthy and hard working. The job was finished to a very high standard and most importantly completed at the price quoted (no hidden extras) VERY PROFESSIONAL I will deffinately use him again and have recommended him to many of my friends and collegues Usefull person to know.

Jon has carried out many jobs for me to a very high standard over the last 8 or 9 years - the biggest and most recent one being to completely paint and decorate my ground floor maisonette. He is very trustworthy and professional and so I had no hesitation in going out to work whilst he got on with it. He is also very clean and tidy, positive and cheerful, has a good work ethic and offers valuable advice based on many years of experience. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours and they all feel the same. No job is too big or too small for him.

MK Handyman was perfect. I tasked him with three very diverse jobs - fix the pneumatic flusher on my toilet, re-balance my washing machine and fix the lock to my door. He completed all three tasks within 90 minutes and for a total cost of 105 GBP I thought that excellent value. So many tradespeople take advantage of absentee landlords, but I found MK to be incredibly trustworthy and even sent videos as he completed the work. I will be using MK again for sure.
