The original job was to add a live feed to the light switches. Instead of doing just that he took the time to understand what I was trying to do instead of just doing it. Turns out it was a bit more involved and Alex adjusted the plan without increasing the price much. When he needed to move insulation in the loft he rolled it up nicely, every day the house was left tidy and he worked around/with other trades people.

Cherry on top was when he saw the ceiling light in one of the bedrooms being in an awkward spot he offered to move it to a more functional spot free of charge.

Alex installed a new consumer unit in our house and fixed a number of fairly obscure faults and issues at the time. He was highly informative, really easy to work with and completed the work exactly when he said he would and for the quoted price. Would use again without hesitation.
