I’ve been to their shop in Chatham last week for an old toilet flush button and they were very helpful. Very glad we have such good shops in our area. Got the part I couldn’t find anywhere else and indications to help me fit the part. Thanks a lot!

My go-to place for all household plumbing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help find workarounds if a part is obsolete. Reasonable prices too! Much better than the big chains and better than other independents in the area. Would recommend every time. Have used Temperate for years 👍
