Simon solved what proved to be a problem with the mains supply. He certainly went the extra mile to sort things out. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had a leak on our cylinder that was very dated and Simon was able to come at short notice to check it out and gave us several options for the repair, we decided to upgrade the system which required working in the loft for quite some time. Simon refitted a new cylinder on his time off within a few days, he kept us updated on the progress, he was really helpful and honest about the results we would get in various places in the house. We are very happy with all that has been fitted, there is a huge difference in pressure with our hot water within the whole house and no more noisy pumping system on the first floor, it is above expectations!
