Prompt, very efficient and friendly response. Nigel was very helpful in explaining the gas leak problem and how he had fixed it. He is my go-to for any problems with the heating system. Originally recommended by my neighbour - I have used him for the last 10 years for boiler servicing. I had already recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before.
