I saw good reviews on line for D & R Drain Services, so I contacted them for an inspection of an issue with a drain at my property. I got a quick response and then spoke with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Two technicians visited the property, carried out the camera inspection, and fixed the issue. Both men were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. If I need any further drain work done, I would not hesitate to call D & R again.

We had Spencer from D&R Drain Services came over to change the gully out of our kitchen. He arrived on time, was polite, answered our questions and explained in details what he would do. The work itself was done quickly, in less than 3 hours, and very neatly. Spencer was careful not to break the concrete slabs around the gully and after he replaced the gully he put them back. He also removed all the rubbish. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend D&R Drain Services. In addition to the work being fast and of high quality we also paid less than the quotes from companies who would not even relay the concrete slabs afterwards.

I would have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation. Paul came out at short notice on 23rd December and saved the day!! He was efficient, professional, courteous and done an amazing good job. All in the dark as it was an emergency call. He even took time after the job, to clean up and sanitise the area. Daniel and his team were brilliant and cleared thr drain problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. The cost of the work was very fair and value for money, which we really appreciate. We were also advised of the cost upfront, which was good and added to our trust. Daniel's communication with us and advice was also very helpful.
