Astrit (and his colleague Castro) fitted a brand new boiler in my parents new flat last week and were both simply excellent in every way - extremely professional, courteous, efficient and more than capable, they did an outstanding job in fiting the boiler, ensuring it was safe (as the previous one had started leaking) and that all taps and radiators were working and up to standard. My tenant had a boiler issue and I found Astrit on Google late at night , I messaged him and he responded within minutes. He FaceTimed me and then I put him in contact with my tenant , he showed and advised her how to fix it and resolved the problem immediately.
