Mark completed a boiler service for us. We were able to book within plenty of time. Mark was very quick in responding. On the day he arrived 5 minutes early and was quick in setting up to complete the service. He talked me through how to check the water pressure and was also brilliant with our dog. 10/10. Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. Mark fixed the problem very quickly soon after I called with the emergency. I am 100% happy with the service I received .
