Great professional service! Shaq came out same day (on the weekend) when my boiler started giving me problems and no longer heating. Quick, honest remedy (showing me along the way what the issue was). He fixed it up and offered additional guidance to ensure the lifetime performance of my system. Nice guy, excellent service and will stick with them for future needs.

It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. This Company provide excellent service - they managed to fix my boiler when two other firms completely failed and I had been left without heating or hot water for 10 days over the Xmas/New Year period. This company did an excellent job with my cylindrical boiler. They managed to replace four components and now my boiler is in great condition.
