Lost heat in our rental house, called EcoHeat and got it sorted out within hours same day. And the issue had been in the house heating system for a long time (probably since new-built), and it was not straightforward how to solve it. Impressive!

Jason is a real find. We hadn’t used our underfloor heating for years and were unsure if it still worked. He came round, fitted a new pump because the old one had seized up, and got it going again. There were various problems along the way and he solved them all. He was here for hours getting it all fixed. Jason did a great job fixing a leaky pin valve in our underfloor heating system. He gave a fair price, arrived the same day and was quick to fix the problem. He also helped us get the schematics for our underfloor heating system which was very useful. He even saved us money on our heating bill by pointing out we didn’t need our underfloor heating temperature set so high!
