My very first contact with Scott Allen was positive and encouraging. I needed 5 radiators replaced, fitted and power flushed. This was all done promptly in a day. The guys were very polite and professional and they cleaned up after they finished. They also took away all the old radiators. I got the job done when Scott was running a promotion so got the work done at good price so very happy. It is a pleasure to write this post about Prestige Plumbing, in particular Scot who came to my house to review my broken down boiler and Phil who fitted the new boiler a few days later.
Both were polite, very professional, efficient and tidy. Both took time to explain what the problems were and how they could be fixed. I am happy with the job and their work ethic.
Prestige Plumbers assisted me with a new boiler, a brand new bathroom and some other general plumbing tasks.
Prestige Plumbers gas engineer carried out the boiler fitting work, with new ground floor radiator replacement, rapidly and to a high standard.
The new bathroom fitted was done to a very high standard and the team gave good options on a tricky bathroom layout.
We recently had to change our boiler in a short period of time, they came in the morning and by the next day in the afternoon we were up and running. In our case everything worked out with them. They have done a really good job and fast.
Scott was really understandable on his first visit and helped us pick the correct boiler for us.
Overall for us was the correct choice to pick them up.
We will definitely use them in the future and recommend.
