These guys are great. Adam seems super organised making all the arrangements for the visits I needed, and Luke was an excellent plumber, and very personable guy, who resolved the issues, fitting the new parts quickly and very professionally as soon as they arrived. I highly recommend.
We had our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted. The quote for the work was provided quickly and in detail. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was completed to a very high standard. We were consulted at all stages of the work and the staff were always polite. Where needed they bought the materials required for the refit. At each stage of the work the area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Plumbing Angels without hesitation.
Needed help with my elderly mum's temperamental boiler. Plumbing Angels sent me Alex the same day, who had a careful dig around in the boiler, diagnosed a blocked pipe and managed to suck out the blockage with good humour, no fuss and no mess. [We still don't know how a 10 inch twig got down there?!] Great company, highly recommended.
Plumbing angels were recommended to me by a business associate when I had a shower leak in my holiday let with the guests there at the time. I phoned Adam in an emergency with water leaking from my boiler about 17:00, and going away for a few days the following morning. He was able to offer a plumber between 8:00 and 10:00 the following morning. Suggested turning off the boiler which slowed the leak down to a slow drip that we could collect. Neil duly arrived and identified the problem. Part required that he knew would not be in stock, but he was able to stop it dripping. Upon our return we turned on the immersion to give us hot water only to discover it was not working. A phone call to Adam produced Luke the a couple of days later (we returned on a week-end) to replace the immersion and the next day Darren to replace and test the required boiler part. We now have a fully functioning boiler and emergency immersion heater.
All plumbers were friendly, professional and did superb jobs. Adam organised speedy responses, and charged sensible prices for quick responses. Thank you
