This is the second time we used Nelson’s services. He did a full boiler service for us last time. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. We feel indebted he sorted out our dripping ceiling on his day off. He’s always professional, good at communicating, and great at getting the job done. Highly recommended!

Both times he was with me very soon and left me with a functioning home. Nelson is a very fair and honest plumber. His after sales service is brilliant and on 2 occasions has managed to fix any error codes that may appear years later over the phone. I would highly highly recommend him. His response time is also very quick which is useful !

Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked.
