Our boiler had broken down, Pasha from Citywide came round, knew exactly what the problem was, went to get the part and was back within 20 mins boiler part replaced and all good and up and running. Excellent service! It was easy to arrange and Pasha was on time and very helpful with my boiler. They require some prepayment for the service and initially I was not sure about it. But no need to worry at all as it is a very professional service. Will certainly use them again.

Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice. Clearly an expert of his trade and great at explaining things in layman's terms for novices like me! Great service at very competitive prices. Will be using these guys from now on.
