Josef was very helpful and responsive to our request, friendly as well. He installed a new washing machine with new pipework for cold water and a waste pipe to go to an outside drain and he did it within the afternoon. We are very happy with the work he's done and we will call again for our plumbing needs. Recommend to those who are looking in Elstree and Borehamwood.
