We stopped here for a quick lunch during the pandemic. The inside of the pub looked cozy and inviting but we ate on one of the twelve available garden tables. There is a fairly short menu of pub basics. The chips were quite good, but chicken goujons seemed a little overdone. What earns it a fourth star is being dog friendly and the amazing floral display of hanging baskets out front. The staff and landlord were very nice and welcoming.
After a lovely river cruise we wanted a lunch in Wareham and came across the Kings Arms. Friendly welcome, good selection of food and great atmosphere. The food was excellent, freshly cooked and very tasty, really enjoyed our visit!
Just had a couple of pints Very Good Bar Team nice fire, good atmosphere
Had an excellent meals with good friends. Very good value for money and lovely food. Will be back
Came across The King's Arms on our 1st night in Wareham, new owners and food available. Traditional pub with really nice beer garden and outdoor seating area. Limited menu but good food and big portions.
