Ivan remodeled my bathroom for me. He patiently completed all the procedures and the results are satisfactory. He waterproofed every part of the bathroom to make sure there were no leaks and all the fixtures were installed perfectly. Now I can happily bathe, thanks a lot to him. He also repaired all the damage in other parts of my house.
Balkan Property Maintenance invest their time clarifying the work to be done before they start. Ivan is easy to approach and always aims to meet the expectations of the customer. The team can only proceed with the work when you have approved the materials and costs. Advise is provided through out the work. I decided to change the private tenants' maintenance property to an HMO in the middle of the job and it was agreed and was offered the right advice hence the inspection went through with no further actions required.
You can negotiate when to make payments which is really good especially when you are doing major work. All work is completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Definitely I will use them again.
