Joss first came to replace some radiators while my husband was deployed, and I couldn't have asked for a better service. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about plumbing, I really appreciated how Joss explained everything in a way I could understand, often demonstrating what he meant. His advice on what would work best was invaluable.
The quality of his work is top-notch—everything was neat and tidy, and he took the time to ensure all the radiators were functioning perfectly, checking for air in the system. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, and he always left the space neat & tidy.
Recently, we had a leak in our dining room, and once again, Joss was there for us. He responded quickly to my call and worked with me to find a suitable time to come out. He diagnosed the issue swiftly and fixed it in no time. True to form, he left everything neat and even moved our furniture back into place afterwards.
His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of his work. I can’t recommend Joss highly enough, and we’re already planning to have him back to install a new bathroom. If you need a reliable, knowledgeable plumber, Joss Cade is your guy!
Joss is so friendly and professional, and has helped us with a number of jobs from fixing leaks to servicing our radiators and boiler, and even addressing rattling floorboards. He has also helped us navigate purchasing new cast iron radiators and installing. Highly recommend him!

What a great guy ! Josh came to fit a pair of taps that were particularly difficult due to access. Arrived when promised and did a fab job. Will definitely keep his number !! Cant recommend enough.
