They were quick to respond to my slightly naive and unreasonable requirement (a job that needed doing within 48 hours); when Aston arrived (bang on time), he assessed the situation quickly, gave me ample warning of what might be required to fix it, and then got on with it. I have used Wilson twice once for a plumbing problem. And this time for an electrical problem. They have been very professional and prompt. Arrived on time didn't take very long and sorted the problems out. Would recommend the service to an you very much
Speedy and friendly receptionist and professional and helpful engineer (Kevin). After servicing both our boiler and water cistern he left both job sites clean and tidy. He also gave advice on routine maintenance which is very useful!
