Wayne was very friendly on the phone and seemed very approachable. He sorted the issues we had by doing a thorough investigation as our house is not an easy one with regards to old plumbing over the years, something that other plumbers have struggled with! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication using email and texts when organising the work, which made the whole process very efficient.
