When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. I had an old boiler that had broken leaving me with no hot water. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Very professional, excellent service and a good price. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem in the future.
