Absolutely lovely!

Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done.

Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now.

Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Fast and friendly service at a decent price - what more can you ask for? Having been let down by other plumbing services, I made an appointment with James and he not only turned up on time but he also fixed the problem. He was efficient and took the time to explain the problem and was clear with pricing. Very happy customer, thanks!

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

Excellent service. Rang this morning on my dad's behalf as his heating wasn't working, came out very quickly and sorted it for him. Dad says the engineer was very good, very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
