Recommend by a friend. Isaac sorted three separate plumbing jobs for us and did a top job. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again for any plumbing/heating issues in the future.

Isaac and co have been doing jobs in our apartment for a few months now. Since we have moved in he has changed our gas hob, repaired our heating system, repaired our toilet drainage system and replaced our radiator in the bathroom.
Nothing has been too much hassle for the guys on the job. They have completed the job even after hours of issues and not left us struggling even with their busy schedule.
They have been efficient productive and the tidiest work men we have ever experienced. We have never been left with a mess after a job has been completed.

We have built an excellent rapport with the guys and wouldn’t trust anyone else in our home, even when we haven’t been home we have left Isaac doing the job.

It is hard to find trades men with duel qualifications that can perform excellent standards of work for plumbing and gas engineering. This cut half the time getting it all done and saved the stress of organising dates for multiple work men.

We would highly recommend ‘FireWater plumbing & heating’ to anyone who may have issues in their home. We feel lucky to have such genuine kind and hard working engineers at hand.

Our Heating broke down just before Christmas. Issac went above and beyond and fitted gas valve. On Christmas Eve. Communication and workmanship was excellent. Very clean and tidy. No call out charge which I find some companies do.

I first used Isaac in 2011, when I had my central heating put in across the house and had a new Valiant boiler installed and i was instantly impressed with his positive attitude and approach. 13 years on and that boiler is still going strong! This lad is always punctual and reliable and his honest demeanor always oozes calmness, even in the most stressful situations.

Isaac is a fantastic professional and has regularly serviced my boiler annually. He is very thorough and always talks you through things to explain what he is doing. He always seems to solve every problem you have with his technical expertise and experience. The workmanship is outstanding and hes always polite. A true gentleman and I have recommended him to many of my friends and family. I have never felt the need to use a different plumber.

Issac & Ryan have excellent knowledge of heating systems, which is so important when diagnosing the issues. The heating system is kicking out heat like never before. I had two plumbers out in the last 2 years, and both left with heating system in an average state. In fact, I would refer to Issac and Ryan as Heating Engineers, not plumbers! Issac was the only person to ask for documentation of the original install too. The workmanship was outstanding - see photos - and his colleague Ryan leaves no stone unturned.
