First time I’ve been to this salon and I booked last minute for 3 different services. The salon and Catalina is really friendly and welcoming. This being my first time getting waxed, she was really professional and put me at ease straight away. For a small local salon, this is a really great find - great quality, great customer care and also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and will be going back for more beauty needs in future. Thanks!

My Favourite Hair salon for Hair extensions, I have nano human hair extensions. The staff make you feel so comfortable, they take care of you here. Cat is amazing at hair extensions, she is so precise with her work and always makes me feel amazing when I leave the salon. Gareth is amazing at styling and colouring my hair. I haven’t felt this confident in years in how my hair is now.

Andre has dyed my hair 4 times now and every single time it comes out amazing! He personally mixes the colour so I know my hair will always come out unique with a brilliant cut. Thank you Andre! Love it!

I had my hair done by Andre, he made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Asked so many questions before and throughout the cut to make sure he got the vision. He made sure to get to know my personality a bit and incorporated some of his own ideas which look amazing! I can’t wait to come back for a colour!

Fantastic hair cut by Andre today 😍 he listened to what I wanted, advised, explained what he was doing, and told me the right products to use for my hair. Been having my brows done with Ewa for over a few years. Always does a splendid job, takes her time with them to make sure you leave with the most perfect brows. Ewa always gets my brows to look spot on and I trust her with my brows. She makes me feel so comfortable and is so lovely. Her salon room is beautiful, bright and clean too. I look forward to getting my brows done every time because the whole experience is so relaxing and such a nice pamper for myself. First time at the salon having being forced to find a new stylist which is always nerve wracking. I was giving Orla for a cut and balayage, and wow it is an outstanding cut and colour so I am so so happy. I tried this salon for the 1st time for the locality convenience, and I must I was very impressed. Superb customer service. Really friendly, patient and relaxed staff. The fact the studio was quiet was even better as I am anxious individual and hate crowded places. The whole process from dying to washing and drying of my hair, was done so smoothly. I walked away,very pleased with what I requested in the price quoted. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

I had the most wonderful experience at Studio 18 on Saturday 9th March. From the moment I walked in Kim was there to greet me with her friendly smile. I was offered a choice of beverages and taken to my seat. I had a full head of highlights Kim talked me through the process and offered me lots of advice on how to go about achieving the best out of my colour. Kim and her staff were all so friendly. We shared lots of good conversations and many brews later that the time went very quickly having my foils put in. There was a great selection of magazines in the shop for me to read and the staff always checked on me as they went past. I had the most amazing shampoo and conditioning treatment but the best bit was the hair massage. I came out of the salon with a big smile on my face and felt that I really had the five star treatment. Thankyou again to Kim and all her staff I can't wait to come back soon.

Brilliant salon you have hair, beauty and spa treatments all under one roof. The staff are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome. I have my hair done by Jane who is a fabulous stylist. I also have the waxing mainly by Coutney who is also very good. I have had my nails done too. It's the best salon I have ever been to and always come away feeling pampered and de-stressed. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience. A warm welcome and a lovely latte with biscuits, whilst Jane discussed my hair style. Courtney then washed my hair and massaged my head, which was so relaxing. Jane then cut and styled my hair. I then went upstairs and was given a male manicure by Leah which was very professional. I would completely recommend the salon.
