A sheer pleasurable experience in the expert hands of the talented, witty, super-gorgeous, statuesque, fine-figure of a man, Craig. Just to add to his already rave reviews, this is the best haircut I have EVER had. Craig is a true professional, with an impressive career and tons of experience and it shows. His manner is warm and attentive and he has perfected the balance of listening to what the customer wants whilst at the same time very tactfully offering his own expert opinion, so that what I ended up with was what I had visualised for such a long time, but had never before been able to communicate to a hairdresser! I am so happy with my "neu" look, at a incredibly reasonable price. It has given a new bounce to my hair and in my step, and that is priceless! I look forward to my next visit. 5 stars and the rest!👍❤

Toni is amazing hairstylist and colourist. She makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable and is an all around amazing person. Any time I come here to get my hair done I always book with Toni. I am quite laid back about how my hair looks and let her do her thing as she always knows what looks best. She makes me feel confident and beautiful whenever I leave and gives me a boost. I see and hear the other hairstylists and they are also so great. I would recommended this place to anyone.

I am new to using neu and the work is outstanding i love my hair style and the staff are so welcoming. The booking system is easy to use and fits around the busy work family life thank you see you in the new year.

My first visit ...first haircut and colour by Paul ...life changing!!! The experience from coffee and conversation to the finish style was wonderful...wanted to hug Paul after as his styling and the new me made me very emotional ...I love it !!!
