I have really thick, curly hair and Claire does the most fabulous job in bringing it back to life when it gets dry and out of control. A warm, friendly atmosphere and service with a smile every time I’ve been to the salon. All the staff are a happy bunch and that says it all. I have many beauty treatments at this wonderful salon. They are a lovely friendly team. Always feel better after I’ve been in!! Katie and her girls are fabulous at what they do. I’ve had Botox, gel nails, regular eyelashes and also massages and facials. Book in you won’t be disappointed! And you will leave feeling wonderful.

To say I was nervous about my cosmetic procedure would be an understatement. I was very apprehensive about getting my lips done, but as soon as I walked in the salon, all the staff and customers couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. Katie is AMAZING. She completely put my mind at ease and explained everything to me..her knowledge is second to none. After all the nerves, the procedure was quick and painless, only stinging in certain places. I would highly recommend Katie and all her fantastic team...its an amazing salon!!!!!

I was gifted a voucher for Time for you and what a lovely little surprise, nestled in the heart of Lindley! A tranquil hub of relaxation. I had opted for the Swedish massage with a scalp ritual add on. Mia greeted me and asked what pressure I would like, I selected hard and Mia was perfect. She’s a tiny little doll, but a powerhouse! The massage was just the right pressure and she worked on all the niggling knots! The scalp ritual that followed was delightful and I left there feeling like I was walking on air. Completely blissed out and thoroughly relaxed. Thank you Mia.

I started going to Copper Rose when Kirsty moved there and I was not disappointed. The salon is lovely - it's clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Kirsty has been doing my hair for a number of years and she has a real talent. She always works hard to get the right results, especially when it comes to colour and you can tell that she really cares about what she does. The rest of the team at the salon are always there to offer advice and encouragement and I love the experience of visiting.

I have been coming to Copper Rose for my hair cutting and colouring since they opened. I love the way I am always listened to when I describe what I want. My first visit to Alicia today was great from start to finish. A thorough consultation and explantation of what would be best for my hair to achieve the look I wanted. The blow dry was the best I have had as I have wavy frizzy hair it can be unruly. I was given advice on what products were best for my hair type and how often and when to use. I left with an amazing low maintenance colour a smooth blow dry and a cut to improve the shape. I am very happy with my hair it looks amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Alicia

My hair was in dire condition entering the salon, it was damaged from years of box dye and needed serious intervention. Nicole took a lot of time to understand what colour I wanted, and worked to neutralize the red tones in my hair to bring it back to brunette with some caramel highlights, within 3 hours my hair was transformed, it looked and felt really healthy and looked amazing. I’m so pleased with the work that Nicole did and will definitely be back next time my hair needs doing. Thank you so much Nicole!

The best experience I have ever received having my hair extensions fitted. Heather fitted less hair than we originally planned because she did not want to damage my hair any further which i think is amazing as previous hairdressers have fit the maximum hair to my head without thinking about the damage they were causing to my hair. She gives the best advice . My hair was finished off to an amazing standard and I won't be going anywhere else to have my hair fitted now. Very happy.

This is the first time I have been to heather. I have never had extensions before.I have had them in for a while now.Still as great as the first time they were fitted. One of my favorite hairdressers I've always booked Kate and just let her decide what to do with the haircut and I've never left with a bad result. Super friendly staff and have always been offered a drink on arrival, parking isn't bad either and I've generally managed to park out the front with no hassle

I came to Brett and his team after having my - first ever - hair dye gone wrong elsewhere (I wanted copper highlights and had been given half dip dyed bright orange hair). After this I was super nervous about going anywhere. Brett & his team were super knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away, reassuring me that it could be fixed. Fixed was an understatement! They transformed my hair back to a beautiful brunette shade, the glossiest I've ever had it! A special mention to Amy & Ella who were absolutely lovely during my visit. I won't go anywhere else now. 5* salon in every way!

My first visit was such a delight. The trainee (forgot her name sorry) was super lovely, made me a cuppa and gave an amazing head massage and good chat. Millie fully went through exactly what hair style I wanted which was super fab because the previous salon I visited didn't quite get it right or give me such full attention. She was honest with me on how to achieve the colour and condition I desire and explained each product she used. I've come away with my hair looking exactly how I had hoped it would and feeling really good about myself. Cant wait for my next appointment!

As always Annabelle, Ben, my sister and I chat through the joint appointment. Anything and everything is talked about. New premises are fab and comfortable. But the loyalties I have are from the fabulous stylists just being welcoming and knowing exactly what we need for our hair. That includes Louise, Millie and the rest of the team. First time at the new premises and unfortunately was on crutches and had to go through gym to use lift . I was so thankful for that. I wasn't 100% myself. I was in a little pain due to my sciatica but Ben and the lovely lady that washed my hair was fabulous and so understanding and kind.
