This was my first time getting a lash lift & tint from “take a brow” and I’ve already booked my second appointment with Eloise! She makes you feel soooo comfortable & is super friendly which makes a massive difference. I honestly didn’t think I even had enough lashes but after the lash lift and tint, I was shocked to even think these were my lashes! I started coughing repeatedly during the lash lifting process & Eloise wasn’t annoyed nor did she judge, she just offered me some water & really went above & beyond. Just goes to show what an amazing service she provides for her clients! My lashes look beautiful and I feel super confident. I have sparse and very light eyebrows and they were in need of shaping and tinting. This is the first time I have been to see Eloise, and it's the first time I have had my eyebrows done professionally. I am so please to bits with my new eyebrows. I booked a consultation and patch test first and then booked to have the Hybrid brows treatment. Eloise is so lovely and friendly and non-judgemental, Eloise made me feel relaxed and comforatable. The salon setting is lovely, its a small and persoanal space, relaxing and quiet. I have anxiety and I don't like noisey crowed salons this is the perfect venue. The room where I had my eyebrow treatment is lovely, clean fresh, tidy, lovely decor, is smells so lovely and is a relaxing environment. Eloise is the best! I booked a consultation as I wasn't sure what to go for and she really listened to what I wanted and we decided to go for a tint and wax (as I already have semi-permanent brows). I'm really happy with the shape and the results. On top of that Eloise is a really nice and friendly person. I would highly recommend!!

Eloise is real perfectionist! Takes the time to get those brows opoint 😍! She also manages to make it 100% relaxing when I come in after night shifts, such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
