Went to Jen on wednesday after a very long time because of health problems hair was very long and unmanageable for me. Jen did a brilliant short hair cut luv luv luv it hair feels amazing. See ya in 8 weeks Jen n thank you so much🥰

My first visit to the salon. I had text message and an email explaining that the appointment would be a little longer as it was my first appointment. Donna listened to my needs and preferences and took time to ensure that the cut was perfect. She styled my hair with volume as I asked and it lasted which it usually doesn’t with my hair! Everyone was very friendly and had a lovely cup of tea. Very pleased 😁

I visited Identity for the first time, and I am extremely impressed! The staff were welcoming, and my stylist did an excellent job with my hair. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the salon itself is beautiful and clean. Went in on Friday for an appointment with Jenny. Instantly I was greeted with by a friendly atmosphere and felt so comfortable (being a nervous person). I had a vague description of how I wanted my hair cut and Jenny definitely delivered. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!

Excellent, lovely friendly atmosphere. We'll looked after and delighted to catch up with Sam who used to cut my hair for years at a previous hairdressers. So pleased she's cutting my hair again.
