I make the trip from Ipswich to this fantastic salon because it’s always worth it. I've had my hair done by Sam, Toni, Izzy, and Donna, and each one of them does an impeccable job. Their balayage work, in particular, is flawless every time. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and relaxed, with a team that's friendly and fun to be around.

Another amazing colour cut and blow dry by Donna. I'm not sure how you do it, time and time again, you always make my hair look great! I always leave your salon feeling a million dollars, I get so many compliments about the colour and cut that feel good factor last until my next cut. Donna, you are simply at your best with scissors in your hands. Keep being the creative genius you are. Lastly, a big shout out to all.the girls for their great customer service, the giggles and banter.

Visited the salon again today, been coming here for years, the ladies Donna, Sam, Toni and Izzy are amazing so kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I had the most amazing experience at appearances! I recently got a balayage done, and I am absolutely in love with the results. Donna did such a fantastic job — my hair looks flawless, with the perfect blend of tones. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, I've been going to Donna for years I wouldn't ever go anywhere but here. She always takes care of my hair gives me honest advice and makes sure my hair is always healthy. For someone who was scared of ever bleaching their hair, this is a massive thing, especially for Asian hair, my hair is in amazing condition and always is weeks after I've had it done. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The whole experience was relaxing, and the attention to detail was amazing. Donna listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t recommend appearances enough for anyone looking for expert hair services and a warm, inviting atmosphere this is the place.

This is the best salon in Oldbury, even since moving out of the area I will always travel back to Donna and the team. I always appreciate the time taken to ensure I have the best experience and always leave feeling like my best self! Thanks all!! X
